My Body Confidence Journey: Day 16 - 2 confidence-boosting strategies!
Body language is so important, and I think I have started believing in this more since starting this process than I have in the years I have studied it. This also goes to show that sometimes we need to practice these things and record the results to truly believe it works; so that is my challenge for you this week!
Please spend 2 minutes a day, reciting your helpful thoughts or listening to your helpful thoughts playlist, whilst stood in a superhero position (Wonder Woman, Superman, even Batman – if absolutely necessary). I would like you to rate your confidence on the first day you do it, and re-record it 7 days later. Has it changed? If so, is this something you could keep doing regularly?
