My Body Confidence Journey: Day 17 - You're allowed to feel low sometimes!
Yesterday’s video contained demos and explanations of 2 really helpful confidence-boosting, stress-relieving strategies, which are definitely worth a look. As I said before, please accept my challenge of practicing finger tapping and try a power pose every day… Together, they will take no more than 15 minutes. Do it daily, and those 15 minutes could really change your outlook on yourself and your life… No brainer, right?
