My Body Confidence Journey: Day 34 - things that help improve body image!
Otherwise, I don’t have much to share today. I am still reading 3 books, nearly finished one of them, and feeling really calm and grounded. I actually wore some of my holiday clothes down to the shop the other day which was huge as I have NEVER worn a top that short and wet-look or trousers that bright in the UK in my life!
For me, the wins just keep getting bigger, and I hope they are for you too.
