If you’re someone who prefers a short meditation, try ‘Manifestation Meditation’ by Meredith Rom… It’s only 6 minutes long and it has a picture of a lovely pretty rose as the main image.
For those of you who meditate on an evening, and might want to listen to one as they go to sleep, I am listening to ‘Full Body Relaxation for Sleep’ by Memory Lane almost every night at the moment. It has a full body scan, plus it’s guided and lasts over an hour so it’s great if you’re trying to quieten your busy mind.
