My Body Confidence Journey: Day 5

Day 5 G’day! Can you believe it’s day 5? I’m not sure I can. I finally had a good night and happy morning… Yay! As you may have noticed, evenings are when I am most anxious, but I am starting (or at least trying) to control it again now. Since I’ve been focusing on improving my body confidence for nearly a week, I feel now is a good time to start being more organised about the strategies I’m using on a daily basis.
- Helpful Thoughts -Turning the volume up on your negative thoughts and changing them to more helpful thought processes. - 30-60 minutes a day
- Physical Exercise -Even just going for a walk or taking the stairs! When possible, I really advise getting some fresh air too.
- Communication – Talk to someone you trust, or even head over to online services for useful numbers you can contact.
