My Body Confidence Journey: Day 60 – Creating mantras for self-acceptance!
Today, I wanted to check on your progress creating your mantra, as well share some of the statements other people are using (thank you for passing them onto me)
“Everything that is happening now is happening for my ultimate good.”
“I am happy, healthy, wealthy and loved.”
“Today, I am me, the only person I want to be.”
“I love myself, all that I am and all that I will be.”
“I choose to be happy now.”
As you can see, they are all short, easy to recite – but no-less profound than the mantra I shared with you in that video: “I am who I am and I’m proud of that.”
Please put together your own mantra, if you haven’t already – or, of course, use one of the above! Mantras are great for bringing you back and helping you remember that this is the life you want to lead.
