My Body Confidence Journey: Day 64, 65 & 66 - FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY!
So, this is video 2 with my new video format. As you may know, I am now editing 2-3 videos into each upload so that you only have to keep an eye out for 3-4 videos per week, rather than 1 video every day! What do you think so far?

Also, I’m sure so many of you have heard this before… But “feel the fear and do it anyway” is such a great mantra to go by, going back to Day 59’s video. There have been so many instances throughout the process where I have felt sick with anxiousness, worry, and at some points, borderline terrified. Change is really scary, but change is what helps us grow, so please look at new things as a chance to strengthen yourself… And remember the thought of change is often far scarier than the actual change itself.
This brings be onto my final point for today… Life is just a matter of perspective, which is why “feel the fear and do it anyway” is so valid, in my opinion.
