My Body Confidence Journey: Day 7

Today is my last day off, and since I’m a week ahead of you, it’s the day before posting “Day 1” for the world to see. To say I am feeling nervous would be a massive understatement!
I am about to share with friends, family and perfect strangers so many things that I have spent so long trying to hide.
Today is going to be a day full of EFT, meditation and rest. I am not doing anything too heavy today, because quite frankly, I am a human being who needs rest, and time to come to terms with change – which frightens even the best of us… Certainly me!
I wanted to check-in with you guys too… How is the confidence research coming along? Remember the goal I set you all in my introduction video?
LESSON 1: Talk to other people around you about how they're dong. They might need someone to talk to as well. You never know, you could be the support they really, really needed that day.
