The best self-development books...“Comparison is the death of all joy, and the only person you need to be better than is the one you were yesterday.” – Rachel Hollis
As you may know, this week we are focusing on our top-rated self-development books. What better a time to get reading than during the (mostly) beautiful British summer? Today’s recommendation is a personal favourite of mine. ‘Girl, Wash Your Face’ by Rachel Hollis is my everything you need from a self-development book… It has humour, top tips and an honest account of the life of someone who has been where most of us have been, and is now where many of us wish to be. I listened to this audiobook last year and fell in love with the author’s authentic narration of the book. I have since read the book twice… Yes, twice in 6-months, and I recommend you do too! Have I whetted your appetite? Check it out here. How else can HappiMe help you or your child?
