What is gratitude?
Well, one definition, provided by Harvard Medical School is: “[Gratitude] is a thankful appreciation for what an individual receives, whether tangible or intangible”.
It sounds so easy, doesn’t it? Honestly, it really is.
In itself, gratitude is just a state of being thankful. When performed regularly, preferably daily, you can develop a powerful practice that can change your perspective on life.
