Across HappiMe social media this week, we are going to be focusing on USEFUL BOOKS! As a team of coaches and therapists, we are often asked by parents, “which books do you recommend that might help?”. This inspired us to share some of the reads we have shared the most when asked this question. To kick us off, take a look at ‘Me and My Feelings’ by Vanessa Green Allen. The book is glued to my desk, as I often hold it up to show clients on Zoom. This book acts as a special guide for kids to learn how to understand and express themselves better. As you’ll see on the cover, it’s also filled with over 30 tips and exercise that aim to help too! Check it out here. If you are a struggling parent/carer, we are offering free consultations throughout January. Please contact us when you feel ready. Remember, we are offering our ‘Vision Creation & Goal Setting’ sessions for half price throughout January – that’s just £30 with a free follow up chat! If you feel in need of support or specific advice, please get in touch. How else can HappiMe help you or your child? We offer targeted coaching programmes, which can be really useful for supporting you to develop more helpful thinking patterns. Find out more here.
