Since it was #WorldMentalHealthDay earlier this month, we felt it fitting to spend this week focusing helping you to manage your mental health better. We all have mental health, in the same way that we have physical health. If we don’t take care of our physical health by eating well, exercising, staying hydrated, washing (etc.), then we know that our physical health will start to deteriorate. Similarly, if we don’t acknowledge our emotions, accept ourselves, rest, reflect & love ourselves, then our mental health will start to falter too.
