Across HappiMe social media this week, we will be focusing on POSITIVE DAILY RITUALS! Given that the UK (and most of the world) are experiencing further fall-out from Covid-19, we felt it important to check-in with everyone. How are you? This is not an easy time, so over the next 5 days we are going to share some of the daily practices we encourage our clients to try, in order to stay mentally healthy. Today’s suggestion is super simple… Talk! Talking can be really cathartic, especially after a tough day. Catch up with a friend or a family member each day (we suggest in the evening) for a good quality conversation about how your day has been and any challenges you may currently be facing.
