Is reading good for my mental health?

Our final tip of the week is to READ!

We are not necessarily talking about reading for school or for a project… We are talking about reading for joy – to get your imagination flowing. Spending 30-minutes a day reading a book that interests you can feel great. It connects both your right and left sides of the brain, whilst also helping you to develop a pastime, just for you.
