Our final tip of the week is to READ! We are not necessarily talking about reading for school or for a project… We are talking about reading for joy – to get your imagination flowing. Spending 30-minutes a day reading a book that interests you can feel great. It connects both your right and left sides of the brain, whilst also helping you to develop a pastime, just for you. Research suggests that reading “… literally opens our minds to new possibilities and new ideas helping us experience and analyse the world through others' lives”.
