Our Alternative & Talk Therapy intervention consists of a suggested minimum of 12 sessions (starting weekly, moving onto fortnightly or monthly), with a free introductory session. During this course, each client will be offered bespoke sessions aimed at achieving goals, controlling emotions, managing thoughts and overcoming any traumas or challenges the client may have faced (or be facing).
What do we offer? HappiMe's Alternative & Talk Therapy is a type of therapy used to treat emotional challenges and mental health conditions. It involves talking to a trained therapist, either one-to-one or in a group. HappiMe currently offers 1:1 therapy and group coaching workshops. Alternative & Talk Therapy allows you to look deeper into your problems and worries, and deal with troublesome habits and a wide range of mental disorders, such as depression. At HappiMe, our Alternative & Talk Therapy combines traditional Talk Therapy with EFT. We also offer art-based therapy, CBT (Cognitive-Behaviour-Therapy), NLP-based therapy (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and holistic-energy therapy (more on this can be found here). Our Lead CYP Therapist, Abby, offers coaching and therapy from her practice in South Bristol; where she incorporates art, energy, relaxation and other techniques into sessions to tailor them to each client's needs. As well as this, the room in comfortable with blankets, biscuits and lots of activities. During any Covid-19 related lockdowns, these sessions are offered via Zoom. |
