What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a type of therapy used to treat emotional problems and mental health conditions.
It involves talking to a trained therapist, either one-to-one or in a group. HappiMe currently offers 1:1 therapy and group coaching workshops. Psychotherapy allows you to look deeper into your problems and worries, and deal with troublesome habits and a wide range of mental disorders, such as depression.
The term 'psychotherapy' covers a wide range of approaches and methods, which normally involve talking. At HappiMe, we offer talk-therapy (or counselling), art-based therapy, CBT (Cognitive-Behaviour-Therapy), NLP-based therapy (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and holistic-energy therapy (more on this can be found here).
Psychotherapy can help you discuss feelings you have about yourself and other people, particularly family, peers and those close to you.
