If you have been before, we will firstly hold you accountable to the goals you made last session! * The group will throw in their ideas and strategies to improve your business - it's a little like having your own board of directors! * At the end of the session we each clarify our goals for the next 30 days! How many people are in a Mastermind group? * The maximum number in a mastermind group is 8 people but with holidays or other commitments, there is often only 3 or 4. What happens if I can't make a session? * You have the option to attend another session that day as we run both a morning and evening session or you can call or Skype in. (we've had members call in from a catamarans in Greece and Skype in from Australia!) Who runs the Mastermind Group? The Mastermind session are facilitated by experienced Business Coach Jo Richings. Jo has been successfully coaching businesses for over 10 years. She gives up her time for free to run the Mastermind Sessions as a way to generate funds to keep the HappiMe apps updated. Each update costs £100's (the last update was £500! ) Each time Apple or Android update their operating systems, it has the potential to destabilise the app :-( You can read more about what Jo's clients say about her here. Held at Jo's place in South Bristol or online on the last Monday of the month. 10am-12pm (online) or 6.30-8.30 (Headley Park). If this day doesn't work for you, please get it contact as we are in the process of setting up another online group. |
Testimonials from Mastermind ClientsTom Bailey (Catering Company) The business mastermind monthly groups have given me amazing support over the last 12 months. I go with issues I’m having and leave with solutions, often other members of the group have encountered and overcome similar problems even though their business may be in a different field. The meetings also make me accountable for my actions, if I say I’m going to complete a task I don’t want to experience the shame of saying I’ve not finished it at the next meeting, strong motivation! Jo has an incredible knack of pin pointing exactly what I need to do to improve my business by working smarter I can’t wait for next months meeting!! Susan Bahnsen (Property Development) I find the Business Mastermind sessions incredibly useful and also very enjoyable. Jo has a vast array of useful business tools and techniques at her fingertips and give incredibly useful advice for specific situations or problems. The other members also provide great ideas and tips. It a very positive, supportive environment and I always come away feeling uplifted, enthusiastic and much happier than when I went in! I’d thoroughly recommend joining it! PS she also does great 1 to 1 business coaching too! Alex Blackwell (Plumbing) I attended Jo's Mastermind sessions for about 6 months. I found them to be incredibly useful! It was great being able to talk through various ideas and get advice from people who were either doing the same thing, trying to do the same thing, or had done the same thing. Whilst everybody might have a good idea of what they need to do to progress, the sense of community that attending created, meant that you had a group to almost answer to. This makes you get on with things before the next meeting and stops you putting off the tricky things you've been meaning to do! Couldn't recommend it enough! Rebecca Noakes (Photography) Jo's sessions have proved really useful for me and my photography business. The monthly meeting is a great chance to focus on where I'm at and what I need to do next. Jo always gives good advice and handy tips to organising and improving my business practice. It's also a fantastic opportunity to meet other business owners who bring their experience and expertise to the table. A friendly, confidential and motivating group. I'd recommend it any business owner who wants a place to discuss, share and get a hold of what they need to do next. Susannah Thomson (Speach Therapy) I love that the Mastermind sessions give me a timetable to be accountable to myself and the group. I have received so much support and help to tweak my business practices and it makes a difference. Connecting with other people in micro businesses is important as most other business coaches focus on bigger enterprises. This is just right for me. |
