Top Tips for a Successful 2021

Yesterday, we gave you some great goal setting methods to help you get started with your New Year’s Resolutions… Today, we wanted to give you some tips on how to stay motivated and achieve what you set out to do.
Tip 1. Get an accountability buddy, or put together a group. You can create a group chat, or even a private page on Facebook to post your goals and encourage one another to achieve them. Go a step further and arrange a weekly or monthly coffee to catch-up and offer pep talks!
Tip 2. Don’t try to do too much! We advise only setting 2 or 3 goals (maximum) for shorter periods of time. Check out the next tip for more on this…
Tip 3. Keep it bitesize. If your ultimate goal is to “dance on stage in front of 100 people by the June 30th”, then set a smaller goal, like “choreograph and learn a dance before January 31st“ or “dance in front of family before January 31st”. It’s too easy to lose motivation when a goal is 3+ months away.
