This week, we are focusing on BUILDING CONFIDENCE.

Here are the first 2 strategies we would like you to try this week:
Don’t worry… We’re not about to ask you to go out and assert yourself with everyone in your life, but these exercises are really useful for getting comfortable with your honest thoughts and feelings, and trusting yourself to share what’s feels most important.
