What are the stages of grief?

Since we are focusing on grief and healing this week, we felt it appropriate to talk about what grief is, along with the stages that many (but not all) people experience.
According to WebMD, grief is a natural response to losing someone or something that’s important to you. If you ask us, 2020 has shown us that it’s more than just losing loved-ones. Many of us have grieved our freedom, running day-to-day errands, seeing friends and family… The list goes on.
