What does mindfulness have to do with confidence? Well, let us explain…
Mindfulness is more than quietening your mind and letting go of your thoughts. Mindfulness allows a person to think more clearly throughout the day, too. So, if you are used to having lots of negative thoughts, like “I am not confident!” or “I can’t do it!”, practicing daily mindfulness can help you to catch those unhelpful thoughts and turn them into more positive ones.
