A brilliant podcast...
‘The Savvy Psychologist’s Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Mental Health’ presented by Dr Jade Wu
Across HappiMe social media this week, we will be focusing on USEFUL RESOURCES!
As a small organisation of coaches, therapists and volunteers; the HappiMe team have a variety of different qualifications and levels of experience – and we believe this is what makes us special. Every one of us has something important and unique to “bring to the table”, so to speak, which we feel helps us to offer more rounded support to our clients.
We decided to make the most of this in this week’s posts, by sharing a helpful resource from different members of the team, which we agree can help both families and professionals alike.
