HappiMe has developed a fun and engaging programme that teaches KS1 & KS2 aged children emotional resilience skills using a variety of proven tools and techniques.
The 4-session programme can be delivered from reception to year-6 pupils in a whole class environment, and addresses the management of anxiety, sadness, and worry, along with the promotion of positive self-esteem. The programme incorporates HappiTapping, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the language associated with a ‘growth mindset’ to nurture resilience and reinforce the personal positive message children use to increase their self-esteem.
