Our Favourite Children's Author (excluding ourselves of course!)...
The "What To Do..." series is fun, informative and interactive. These great self-help books are designed to guide 6-12 year olds and their parents through the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques most often used in the treatment of generalised anxiety. Engaging, encouraging and easy to follow, the books educate, motivate and empower children to work towards change. We love all of Dawn Huebner's books for children! In fact, we can't recommend them highly enough. She also happens to be a lovely, generous person who kind enough to help us when we were in the very early stages of creating HappiMe. Her advice was invaluable.
